I have always made sure my straps were always tightened and I did the same for this. The only difference is that this saddle allowed me to stand on it without it falling or buckling under any weight or pressure. The back part of this collapses and overall, really easy to carry around when I need to. So far, no matter the size of the tree, except for extremely small or just small trees that I don’t even bother with, this thing locks in place and doesn’t move.
