My wife and I share this Amazon account, so I will allow her to offer her thoughts on this product since she bought it for herself. But first, I will say that the level of sheer joy in our home exponentially increased moments after she donned the costume and inflated it fully. Here she is:Want to know how to shake things up in an Infantry Division during 0630 PT Formation? Order this costume and show up to terrorize the lazy out of some Privates!I’ll admit, when I picked the package up from our mailroom I was a bit nervous. It was small and seemed like it wouldn’t possible be large enough to fit. Before I even opened the package I checked my order history on Amazon to make sure I didn’t accidentally order the costume for children. I didn’t. I was ready to have to return the costume as I tore open the package, but was pleasantly surprised to find an adult-sized t-Rex inside.Getting the costume on took some work. I don’t recommend wearing boot-cut jeans under it for two reasons: first, the feet of the costume are open on the bottom so you can wear shoes without wearing the bottom of the costume out by walking on the material of it. To keep the airflow from escaping through the foot area, the ankles are elastic… and that elastic is pretty snug. If you’re wearing boot-cut jeans, there is a lot of material to get the elastic around. I was able to get the elastic over the jeans with some careful manipulation, but the ensuing bunching of the boot-cut jeans made for a pretty tight squeeze.I was worried about how thin the material of the costume is. We live in South Korea, and the temperatures are getting down in the high 20s (F). With a fan blowing air around the inside of the costume, and 20* weather outside, I was nervous that the costume would be miserably cold to be in. On the contrary! I was warm and close to sweating after wearing the costume inside our 68* apartment for less than ten minutes. This comes back to the second reason boot-cut jeans may not be a great idea. Go for something a bit thinner… maybe running capri pants?I have only worn the costume for a silly 20 minutes in our apartment to see how it fits and how it works. For your reference, I am a 5’9″ curvy woman of 190 pounds and it fits well once it’s on. Getting it on took a little bit of manipulation because there is no stretch to the material (specifically, putting my arms in the armholes after having my legs in completely). It wasn’t a huge struggle… and I was able to don the costume by myself, but I will say that the costume does take a small amount of thought to put it on.I intend to wake some Soldiers up at PT in the morning in this costume. After doing so, I’ll post an update to this review to reflect my thoughts. As of right now, this looks to be a wonderfully sturdy, hilariously fun costume. I can’t wait to see what shenanigans we can make with this fellah!
