It works by stopping the production of folic acid in acne-causing bacteria (P. acnes), thereby stopping their growth. In addition, its anti-inflammatory effects help reduce redness and swelling due to acne. Always use ACNEDAP GEL exactly as your doctor has told you. The common side effects are dryness, redness, oiliness, skin peeling, excessive tiredness. This medicine is strictly not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age. Before taking this medicine tell your doctor if you have ever had kidney disease, heart disease, liver problems. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking this medicine.
