WARRANTY POLICY To claim a warranty issue, fill out the Return/Warranty Claim Form available on our website. Defective or faulty products under warranty are sent to the distributor/vendor for repair, refund, or replacement based on their warranty policies. Warranty claims will be rejected if the product has been physically damaged, incorrectly installed, or subjected to abuse. Replacing faulty equipment is done after the official service agent confirms the warranty issue. The warranty process usually takes up to 20 working days to complete.
