The MZ4 Isodynamic Hybrid Array driver, originally found in its larger counterparts like the Empyrean II and Elite, has been scaled down and tuned to deliver a comparable audio experience. Each driver undergoes meticulous hand assembly and testing at Rinaro’s industrial facility in Ukraine, ensuring a premium and reliable audio experience. Dual Driven System The MZ4 driver introduces an innovative Dual Driven System, incorporating individual switchback and spiral-shaped voice coils within the same diaphragm. This unique configuration enables more precise targeting of sound around the natural contours of the ear, enhancing the headphone’s acoustic performance with greater selectivity. By combining these coils, the headphone achieves heightened exposure of direct sound wave frequencies over the 10kHz range. This results in improved imaging and localization by minimizing short-wave time delays caused by diffused field reflections. The switchback coil, positioned in the upper part of the driver, excels at reproducing lower frequencies, while the spiral coil, situated directly over the ear canal, efficiently reproduces middle-high frequencies, ensuring direct sound waves reach the ear without time delays.
