Description Self Defence session – 45 mins A typical Self Defence session will focus on attack and defense movements from various scenarios. Sessions range from beginning to advanced depending on the client’s previous experience and skill level. The typical session will not only include awareness training, but also some pad/bag work, some releases from holds, locks and take-downs. The session is 45 minutes in duration. Additionally, you will gain an appreciation of your potential weapons and a knowledge for where to strike for maximum results. Prior Martial arts experience or high level of fitness is not required to book a self defence session. You’ll get fighting fit while learning some real life effective self protection skills. However, for those who want to be pushed and make it their fitness workout for the day, we’ll make it a taxing workout.
