Aerial & Scissor Lift – Safe Use Training

Description Aerial Lift / Scissor Lift Safety Training – Online Aerial lift platforms such as boom lifts, scissor lifts and stock pickers, are called Mobile Elevating Work Platforms or MEWPs. MEWPs can be found in a variety of work settings. They are often used in place of ladders and scaffolds as they allow easier and safer access to places on the worksite especially when working at higher elevations. This online training program covers the updated ANSI 92.22 requirements for Safe Use of MEWPs and includes the following: MEWP classifications New safety design features Safe use plan Inspections (Frequent, annual, pre-start and worksite) Risk assessment Qualifications and training Operating requirements A printable certificate will be available upon successful completion of this online safety training course.  This certification can be used to verify training as required by OSHA.
